Sheraton Ottawa Hotel Food & Beverage Feasibility Concept Deck

To make an informed decision on which direction to steer their next restaurant renovation venture in, Keck Seng Group engaged mackaywong to perform a comprehensive feasibility study. Familiarizing ourselves with the hotel’s current status, an in-depth situational analysis was performed. This included completing market intelligence that explored the hotel’s F&B position relative to the local marketplace and local drivers. Conclusions made by this analysis defined a strategic restaurant and bar concept that not only resonated to the hotel’s demographic and local landscape, but also defined the hotel’s F&B concept’s competitive edge and value proposition from a business perspective. Design recommendations, including a schematic design direction and planning strategy, were presented to complete the study.
