mackaywong subtly immersed Terminal 3 passengers into Toronto’s world-class Distillery District through a unique “Food Hall” concept that invokes the neighbourhood’s rich architectural and design identity. Leveraging materials and showcasing the character of the architectural language found at the Distillery District, the Food Hall provides airport guests access to fresh, innovative flavours and hospitality concepts that have come to define the current Distillery experience.
